  This document shall be known as the Terms and Conditions of the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna – Isabela Campus (UPHSL-IC) Website.

Section 2. Scope.
  These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the official UPHSL-IC website.

  By accessing or using the UPHSL-IC website, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

  The website uses cookies to analyze traffic and improve user experience. Continued use constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

Article III – Use of the Website

Section 1. Ownership.
  All graphics, logos, designs, and content on the UPHSL-IC website are the property of the University and shall not be used without prior written consent.

  Services are available to individuals 18 years or older capable of forming legally binding contracts.

  Individuals below 18 years of age shall use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Section 2. Amendment.
  These Terms may be amended at any time, and users are advised to review them periodically.
